This is a great business. Everyone is friendly, and they are very knowledgable. We had a few mix ups in the process of them repairing and setting a stone in my ring, but they took care of everything. The customer service is top notch. Their prices are a little more than what would be found down in Phoenix or online, but there is no comparison to the level of service provided. I recommend anyone who lives in the White Mountains, or even just visits the area occasionally, to go to Helmut the Jeweler. You will not be disappointed.

I love this Jewler. They constantly update their inventory, and any service performed is very timely. The staff sat with me for hours just to pick out a promise ring for my girlfriend when we had to go our separate ways for a little while after high school. When I was ready to propose to her, they had the perfect ring and got it in quicker than expected even though it had to be sized from a 3 and 1/2 to a 3 and then when it had to be sized again down to even a 2 and 1/2!

They do beautiful work!!! I recently had Stephen custom design a wedding ring for my future daughter-in-law, combing a birthstone ring of mine and a diamond from an earring set. He put them together, added some updated styling and it is GORGEOUS!!! My son and daughter-in-law married October 17th and she cried for 20 minutes after seeing the ring.

I have been dealing with Steven for a short amount of time, primarily buying silver. My wife's wedding ring I originally bought her many years back had lost the main diamond in the setting. Its been sitting for many years with the hopes of bringing it back to life. Sitting with Steven and discussing options I chose to go a different route than a diamond and went with a Black opal (my wife's favorite stone) The transformation that Steven and his shop did was beyond any expectations that I could have imagined. The work was exquisite and brought back to life my wife's ring. The look on her face and her reaction made it all worth any amount of money I could have spent.
