Refund policy

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Closeouts, special orders, altered items (including ring sizing), and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds

Refunds may be given in the form of store credit or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they decide they no longer want the product.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only.
