They do beautiful work!!! I recently had Stephen custom design a wedding ring for my future daughter-in-law, combing a birthstone ring of mine and a diamond from an earring set. He put them together, added some updated styling and it is GORGEOUS!!! My son and daughter-in-law married October 17th and she cried for 20 minutes after seeing the ring.

I love this Jewler. They constantly update their inventory, and any service performed is very timely. The staff sat with me for hours just to pick out a promise ring for my girlfriend when we had to go our separate ways for a little while after high school. When I was ready to propose to her, they had the perfect ring and got it in quicker than expected even though it had to be sized from a 3 and 1/2 to a 3 and then when it had to be sized again down to even a 2 and 1/2!

This is a great business. Everyone is friendly, and they are very knowledgable. We had a few mix ups in the process of them repairing and setting a stone in my ring, but they took care of everything. The customer service is top notch. Their prices are a little more than what would be found down in Phoenix or online, but there is no comparison to the level of service provided. I recommend anyone who lives in the White Mountains, or even just visits the area occasionally, to go to Helmut the Jeweler. You will not be disappointed.

Visited there today(10/14/15) and brought a Walmart-bought Casio watch to get links removed;
I arrived and the store was beautiful; the receptionist was very helpful, and the jeweler on staff was very friendly and professional.

When I go in to Helmut, I feel like I have a personal jeweler who knows my wife's tastes and makes sure that she gets a personalized recommendation. Because he buys jewelry in limited quantities, I know my wife's piece will be as rare, and special as she is, and she won't look like every other lady in our town. Great prices, great service, great understanding of who his clients are.
