Appraisals are not done while you wait. Our appraisal process involves a drop-off and finished retrieval time of up to 2 weeks maximum, with most items being completed within a week.

Yes - appraisals are completed on premises, and the item needing to be appraised does need to be left with us. However, we can assess the items in question while you wait, to determine whether a formal appraisal is necessary for your item.

Precious metals can accelerate quickly in price - as the year 2025 showed us, platinum and gold almost doubled in price, and silver increased by over 300%.
